Terms of Service

1. Agreement

PromptPocket Pro ("the Service") is operated by Charles Matthews ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or purchasing the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. One account per person.

3. License

Upon completing your one-time purchase ($27 USD), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use PromptPocket Pro for your personal or business creator workflow. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service.

4. Payment & refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase — see our Refund Policy for details on how to request a refund. Payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

5. Your content

You retain full ownership of the prompts, tags, and content you store in your vault. We claim no rights to your content and do not use it to train AI models. You grant us only the technical permissions necessary to store, sync, and display your content back to you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any illegal activity or to store illegal content;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities;
• scrape, bulk-export, or resell data belonging to other users;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or change the Service from time to time.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your vault data is removed within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention of transaction records.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
